Privacy Policy for Intervals
Effective Date: July 10, 2026 · Contact: contact@florithm.comFlorithm LLC ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("App").
1. Information We Collect
We designed Intervals with your privacy in mind. We collect very limited information about you when you use our App:
- App Data: All data related to your timers, intervals, history, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not sync this data to our servers, and we do not have access to it.
- Usage Data: We may automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable diagnostic and usage information when you access or use the App (such as crash reports or device type) solely to ensure the App functions correctly.
- In-App Purchases: If you choose to make in-app purchases in the future, your payment information will be processed securely by third-party payment processors (such as the Apple App Store). We do not collect or store your payment card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
Because the App operates offline and stores data locally, we only use any automatically collected diagnostic information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our App.
- Improve, personalize, and expand our App's features and user experience.
- Respond to customer service requests and provide support.
3. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Since your interval data is kept strictly on your device, we have no data to share. We may only disclose diagnostic information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
4. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information. Your timer data remains completely within the secure sandbox of the App on your personal device.
5. Children's Privacy
Our App does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take the necessary actions.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
