Terms of Use for ScheduleAround
Effective Date: July 16, 2026Welcome to ScheduleAround. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ScheduleAround mobile application provided by Florithm LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. User Interactions & Communications
ScheduleAround acts solely as a platform to facilitate the scheduling and sharing of items or activities between users. You are solely responsible for your interactions, communications, and any physical meet-ups with other users. We do not perform background checks on users and do not mediate disputes between users.
2. Booking & Item Liability
Florithm LLC is not a party to any agreement or arrangement made between users. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misrepresented items shared or booked through the App. Users assume all risks associated with lending, borrowing, or sharing items.
3. Financial Transactions
ScheduleAround does not process payments between users for shared items or services. Any exchange of money, deposits, rental fees, or financial transactions handled outside of the App is strictly between the users involved. Florithm LLC holds no liability for financial disputes, scams, or losses incurred as a result of transactions between users.
4. User Generated Content and Conduct
ScheduleAround allows users to communicate and share content. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to use the App to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Post or share content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.
- Scam, defraud, or deceive others.
Florithm LLC reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be violating these rules, and we may remove objectionable content without prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Florithm LLC and its creators shall not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, losses, or disputes that arise from your use of the App, the use of shared items, activities organized through the App, or any transactions made between users. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
